We are excited to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the first "BEST PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE" for SAP partners, an innovation inspired by sporting competitions.

The "BEST PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE" is for your "Top Talent" and "High Potential" staff to improve their fitness to win in today’s tough sales environment. You can nominate one or two teams, each consisting of one sales and one presales person who will represent your company in this challenge, which runs from 1 Oct 2009 to 30 June 2010 across EMEA in the SME Channel for SAP Business All-in-One. The Challenge starts with a joint fitness planning review to identify any perceived weaknesses. Using SAP enablement offers, participating teams are able to close any capability gaps and optimize their success. As part of the challenge, your team and your company will discover new strategies, ideas, tools and methods. Applying these alongside your own capabilities will enable you to score points and become the Best Performer in the Challenge.

As in the best competitions "BEST PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE" consists of several phases, some of which score points, others will be required if you are to succeed:

  bullet   Phase 1 - Qualifying for the Challenge requires your business and the individuals to meet some criteria. Find out more on the website.
  bullet   Phase 2 – Fitness Check & Planning
  bullet   Phase 3 – Preparation, Get ready to be the Best Performer using your coaching team.
  bullet   Phase 4 – Take part in the "Best Performance Day", where you will have 90 minutes to present a case study .
  bullet   Phase 5 – Measure your ongoing success through the "Best Performance View".
Scores get rolled up for the final ranking of all participating teams. The winners will get an award (and reward), all finishers will get recognized, with a ranking being published at a regional level.

Article Photo Participation per partner is by invitation only. The team representing your company comprises one Sales person and one Presales person (1+1), who have successfully passed level 1 (eLearning) and level 2 enablement (camps and more) for their sales and presales role at the start of the challenge. Over time the team will identify gaps, get the chance to close them through enablement offers and prepare for the Best Performance Day and the Best Performance View.

Each invited partner is allowed to register up to 2 teams. The Starter fee for the Team is 250 € for each teammember, with the possibility to use 50 % MDF. This fee has to be paid on receipt of invoice and assignment of the team start number.
To have a fair competition, we have asked PDAgroup, who many of you know from Camps and More since 2007, as well as from the Talent Net, to provide the platform, challenge exercises and jury for this "BEST PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE".

Please note that this "BEST PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE" is limited to 250 teams, enrolling between 1 Oct 2009 and 15 Nov 2009 on a first come first served basis.
